Costa Blanca enthusiasm

After a cracking week in Spain climbing and biking (alternate days) I came home to good weather and a bit more enthusiasm to get back up to regular commuting. Rode in yesterday and today, going riding off roadm tonight, taking tomorrow off to go downhilling at CwmCarn and then up to CyB at the weekend. Should get me fit or dead..
